Refunds

We issue refunds only in certain cases

When a package is returned to us because of delivery failure, then the customer is informed about this return. The customer can then choose to either or initiate a refund of their order.

Once the order is accepted by you, and if you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can send us an e-mail at aristoecopack@gmail.com. Our consumer cell representative will connect with you within 24 working hours. In case your complaint is justified, we will initiate the refund for that product.

In rare cases, where products ordered by you are out of stock, we will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the products that are out of stock. Customer care will call and help in resolving this issue.

In case your order does not reach you within 15 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If there is a defect in the product ordered which occurred during transit of the goods, in that case, you can send us an email with details at aristoecopack@gmail.com. Our consumer cell representative will connect with you within 24 working hours. Replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid to us for the product will be decided on a case to case basis.

Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.


Order Cancellations

If the order has not been dispatched then the order can be modified or cancelled by sending us an e-mail at aristoecopack@gmail. If it has been picked by our courier partner then order modification or cancellation is not possible. Aristo Eco Pack has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aristo Eco Pack and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.


Return and Exchange

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise. We do not have an exchange Policy.


General Notification

The refund on cancelled orders is processed within 3 working days of cancellation. For enquiries on refunds – please send us an e-mail at aristoecopack@gmail.com
